Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This Policy applies to paid subscriptions to contextflow, operated by contextflow. Because a free tier is available to fully evaluate the Service before paying, paid fees are generally non-refundable, as set out below.

1. Try before you pay

contextflow offers a free tier with no credit card required so you can confirm the Service meets your needs before subscribing. We encourage you to evaluate it before purchasing.

2. Subscriptions are non-refundable

Except where required by law (see Section 5), all subscription fees — including initial charges and automatic renewals — are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing contact@shanow.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

4. Immediate access & consent

By subscribing, you request immediate access to the paid features and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, this may waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period once access has begun.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you and cannot be waived (for example, certain withdrawal rights for digital services in your jurisdiction). Where such rights apply, they prevail over this Policy.

6. Exceptional cases

At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate charge or a verified billing error. Requests related to fraud or abuse, or that violate our Terms of Service, may be declined.

7. How to contact us

For any billing or cancellation question, email us at contact@shanow.com. Approved refunds, where applicable, are typically processed within 5–10 business days by your payment provider.
