Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of contextflow (the “Service”), operated by contextflow. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

contextflow lets you store per-project context presets and export them for use with third-party AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
  • Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

5. Third-party tools

The Service helps you prepare context for third-party AI tools. We do not control those tools and are not responsible for their behavior, output, availability, or terms. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider’s terms.

6. Plans and payment

We offer a free tier and a paid subscription (“Pro”). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are described on our Pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. We may also discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, contextflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
